Besides the obvious task of making travel arrangements to attend the 2016 Barton Family Reunion, there are three (3) independent steps required to officially register:
- Submit full payment of Reunion Fees by the deadline date of July 31, 2016.
- Submit completed Reunion Registration Form by July 31, 2016.
- Reserve your guest room(s) at the Holiday Inn Titusville, Kennedy Space Center by the deadline date.
Fees and Payment Options
The Committee has worked diligently to keep the registration fees as affordable as possible while maintaining a quality event. Your advance payment is appreciated in order for us to efficiently and effectively plan and prepare for this grand occasion and for your arrival. Registration Fee includes all meals, activities, and admission for the Welcome Reception, Family Picnic, and Ball/Dance, as well as light refreshments in the Hospitality Suite. Hotel rooms and payment will be the responsibility of attendees. Once payment has been received, your name will appear on the "Who's Coming" page on the family website. Please allow 3-4 days after payment for your name to be included. The registrant must use the age they or the child will be as of August 31, 2016.
- 0 to 3 – Free
- 4 to 9 – $25
- 10 to 17 – $50
- 18 to 79 – $100
- 80+ – Free
- College Students with valid ID's – $50
Payments over 11 months —$56.81 a month with last payment being 56.90.
Note: The payment plan should be allowed with the family member paying as they wish once a month, but the last payment must be received by July 1, 2016. There will be a numbered receipt book with a carbon copy. If error is made writing a receipt, DO NOT dispose of the receipt - leave it in the receipt book for full accountability. Last day for full refund is July 1, 2016. Thereafter refunds will be prorated at 20% every 7 days. ABSOLUTELY no refunds after July 31, 2016.
